We had a party recently in the Steeles location restaurant. I was greatly disappointed to one of their hostess. She was very bosy. She insisted to seat the guest beside each other according to their arrival. Our elders want to seat together. They will arrive at different time. The young ones want to seat together. But they also will arrive one by one. We made reservation. Our guest should be able to choose where they want to seat in one of the reservedl tables. But that's not all, one of our guest is mentally delayed, the same hostess got him very mad by the tone of voice. I don't like how she spoke to me too. She is not friendly or welcoming. She sounded angry at our guest. She talks very fast and then leave. Our guest did not understand how to order up food. They want to ask more questions but she is not paying attention to guest needs. My experience in your restaurant is very disappointing. I don't want to go back.
